I cannot link my agency portal account?
Eternal Hub is aware of this issue that arose with the introduction of the new login and linking UI and apologises for the inconvenience caused, as of today we have reworked parts of the transfer
system which was the main root of the issue.
What did we change?
- Accepting a transfer request when having a non-linked account simply requires you just to link it at the targeted portal, this will automatically accept the transfer request for you. However, you
must have an existing transfer request for this portal.
